The WVWC Wellness Center offers the Wesleyan community a 9,000 square foot facility that promotes and encourages wellness and fitness. The new facility has over 20 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and more. It also has over 15 pieces of Nautilus equipment designed for various strength training.
The Wellness Center offers a variety of group exercise classes including Zumba and Yoga.
The Wellness Center also includes a weight room with bench press, Max Racks, and free weights. A group exercise room hosts a variety of classes including Zumba, Yoga and many more.
Locker rooms are also available with showers. A front desk, flat screen televisions, refillable water station, lounge, and a meeting room are also features of the new Wellness Center to accommodate all students, faculty and staff.

Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
